A Sacred Journey of Embodiment, Resonance & Inner Awakening
Dates: December 26, 2025 – January 6, 2026
Duration: 12 Days / 11 Nights
Hosted by: Tais Froggatt & Karen Rawlings
Introduction
This is more than a journey—it’s a guided return to the temple within. Join Tais Froggatt and Karen Rawlings for a transformative 12-day pilgrimage across Egypt’s most potent sacred sites. With deep reverence for the ancient mysteries and attunement to the subtle body, this experience is designed to awaken your senses, activate your energetic centers, and reconnect you to your authentic self.
You will move through pyramids, temples, and desert landscapes not as a tourist—but as a conscious participant in a multidimensional remembrance. Through breath, sound, stillness, and movement, you’ll engage each space as a living transmission of energy and insight.
Arrive in Cairo
Upon arriving in Cairo, you’ll be greeted at the airport and transferred to the world-renowned Marriott Mena House Hotel, our home for the next four nights.
Day 1 – December 26: Arrival in Cairo | Rooting into Sacred Ground
Arrive in Cairo and be welcomed into the lush sanctuary of the Mena House Hotel, nestled near the Great Pyramid. As you settle into your surroundings, tune into the magnetic pull of the Giza Plateau. Spend time grounding your energy—feel the subtle tremors in the earth, the dry desert air against your skin, and the shift in atmospheric pressure as your body begins to align with the field of ancient resonance.
What You’ll Experience
-
Sensory and energetic attunements
- Private past life regression session
-
Guided yet powerful transformation, sound, and movement rituals
-
Private access to key temples and chambers
-
Integration time with journaling, silence, and reflection
-
Sacred community aligned in higher consciousness

Day 2 – December 27: Sphinx Ceremony & Giza Activation
Before sunrise, walk in silence to the feet of the Great Sphinx for a private ceremony. Feel the temperature drop, hear the breath of the wind, and settle into a sound bath of natural silence. Engage in guided toning and group mediation to awaken the pineal gland under the Sphinx’s eternal gaze. Later, traverse the Giza Plateau: place your hand on the warm limestone blocks, sense the pyramidal frequency buzzing beneath your fingertips, and ride camels across the timeless sands. Lunch overlooking the Pyramids becomes a sensory feast, harmonising sight, sound, and taste.

Day 3 – December 28: Saqqara | Tuning into the Texts of the Ancients
Step inside the Pyramid of Unas, where every surface whispers cosmic messages through carved Pyramid Texts. With each footstep, feel the echo of your voice bounce through chambers tuned to sacred frequencies. At the Serapeum, drop into the stillness inside the granite sarcophagi chambers, said to hold the vibrational memory of star lineages. Optional journey: Osiris Shaft, for deep inner descent work—journeying through water, stone, and story.

Day 4 – December 29: Dahshur | Sonic Geometry and Breath of the Ancients
Stand inside the Bent Pyramid, one of the few you can fully enter. Listen to the shift in acoustics from one chamber to the next—some harmonics feel womb-like, others spark a crown-tingling buzz. At the Red Pyramid, lie in the King’s Chamber and breathe with the structure. Your voice will resonate differently—deeper, fuller, more electric. End the day with breathwork beneath the open sky at Saqqara’s edge.
Who Is This For?
This journey is for those who feel an unshakable pull toward Egypt—whether from a sense of curiosity, spiritual longing, or something harder to name.
You may be called to this experience if:
-
You’ve long felt a connection to ancient Egypt or suspect you’ve had past lives connected to its temples, teachings, or priesthoods
-
You’re drawn to sacred places as energetic portals for remembering who you are beyond this lifetime
-
You desire to explore embodiment, resonance, and energetic attunement as pathways for healing and awakening
-
You want to move through Egypt not as a tourist, but as a soul returning home
-
You’re in a period of transition or redefinition and are seeking clarity, purpose, or spiritual realignment
-
You sense that Egypt has something to reveal to you—something ancient, familiar, and waiting

Day 5 – December 30: Flight to Aswan | The Soft Pulse of the Nile
Fly to Aswan, where the landscape softens and opens. Take a boat to Philae Temple, feeling the transition into divine feminine space as the water laps rhythmically against stone. Within the Temple of Isis, walk slowly in mindful silence, palms open to feel the ionic exchange between stone and skin. Later, rest at the Old Cataract Hotel, allowing your nervous system to settle in the gentle vibrational current of the Nile.
What to Bring:
-
Warm, comfortable clothing (as you’ll be moving and lying down during the session)
-
Yoga mat, 2 x blankets, pillow, and eye mask (for comfort during breathwork and relaxation)
-
Water bottle (to stay hydrated)
-
Journal and pen (optional, for personal reflection and integration)

Day 6 – December 31: Embark the Nile | Flow State Initiation
Welcome the final day of the year with a quiet morning at the Nile. Then board the Sonesta St. George, your floating temple for the next three nights. As you drift northward, use the river’s gentle undulation to deepen into body-awareness practices. As night falls, honor the new year with sound, dance, and heart coherence—a celebration of becoming.

Day 7 – January 1: Kom Ombo & Edfu | Binary Frequencies & Solar Alignment
At Kom Ombo, feel the energetic split—Sobek’s primal pulse on one side, and Horus’ solar frequency on the other. Tuning forks or tonal chanting can highlight the vibrational difference between the twin temples. In Edfu, the Temple of Horus stands like a tuning fork for solar alignment. Stand beneath the pylons, and sense the vertical channel open in your spine. Let your voice resonate in the inner sanctuary, activating memory.

Day 8 – January 2: West Bank Luxor | Descending into Timeless Silence
Explore the Valley of the Kings, where silence itself seems sacred. The tomb of Thutmose III, with its unique geometry and art, acts like a mnemonic—waking latent codes in your visual and vibrational memory. At the Temple of Hatshepsut, the walls seem to radiate light codes. End the day with a group coherence session aboard the ship under the stars.

Day 9 – January 3: Abydos | Sonic Memory & Star Architecture
Abydos is more than a temple—it’s a sound body. The Temple of Seti I sings; its bas-reliefs feel alive. Engage in group chanting in the Seven Holy Chapels, each tuned to a specific spiritual frequency. Then enter the Osirion, where the “Flower of Life” pulses with an ancient intelligence. Lay on the cool stone, and feel it buzz beneath your spine—a place where time folds inward.

Day 10 – January 4: Dendera | Resonance of the Divine Feminine
Inside the Temple of Hathor, immerse yourself in spiraling sounds, blue ceilings, and pillars carved with celestial motifs. Work with vocal harmonics and intentional breath to activate the heart center and third eye. The rooftop chapel offers wide-sky stillness and echoes that blur the boundary between you and the stars.
Day 11 – January 5: Karnak, Luxor Temple & Return to Cairo
Begin at Karnak, where columns stretch toward the sky like tuning rods. Feel the magnetic push-pull in the Sekhmet Chapel—raw, primal, and awakening. At Luxor Temple, walk the length of the Avenue of Sphinxes at dusk, sensing the thin veil between light and shadow. Fly to Cairo and return to the Mena House, preparing for the final initiation.

Day 12 – January 6: Great Pyramid Initiation | The King’s Chamber Resonance
Enter the Great Pyramid in complete silence. Descend through the Subterranean Chamber and ascend through the Grand Gallery. As you reach the King’s Chamber, prepare for a full-body sound resonance session. Lie next to the sarcophagus and chant or tone with the group—the vibration will move through your bones, spine, and subtle field. This is a rebirth chamber, a vibrational reset. A final farewell meal closes the circle.
Farewell to Cairo
In the morning we’ll enjoy breakfast before transferring to Cairo International airport.
